range, BAKELS 4 SEED BREAD CONC. Comprises natural,
wholesome ingredients which will make this product
appeal to many bakers and their customers.
Nature has provided a variety of edible seeds,
most of which are tasty and nutritious e.g. Sunflower,
Linola, Sesame and Canola seeds, and which have
been incorporated into the distinctive BAKELS
4 SEED BREAD CON.
BAKELS 4 SEED BREAD CON. Is a part mix requiring
only the addition of an egqual part of flour and
of water and yeast to produce most attractive
loaves with a unique and compelling taste.
There are many grain breads on the market however
the development of this mix, which takes advantage
of flour Australian seeds, produces bread that
is a little out of the ordinary. The seeds are
all high in protein, fiber, vitamins and minerals
and when coupled with wheat flour a nutritious
blend results.
The bread is best presented with a good crust
created by baking with steam and is particularly
appealing when baked as cobs or batched loaves,
BAKELS 4 SEED BREAD is based on wheaten flour,
wheat bran and malt flour giving a light brown
background against which the seeds stand out.

Method :
- Place all ingredients in machine bowl.
- Thoroughly develop the dough
- Finished dough temperature 30°C
- Allow dough to recover for 20-30 minute
- Scale and mould to desired shape
- Prove then bake at 230°C.
