Process:
- Place Group 1 into a mixing bowl fitted with
a paddle in above order.
- Using the paddle blend Group 1 into a crumb
on low speed. Do not over mix.
- Round up and deposit onto a clean tray at
desired drop weight.
- Bake at 180°C for approximately 18 minutes.
