Method :
Place Group I ingredients in mixing bowl in above
order.
Blend for approximately 1 minute on slow speed.
Scrape down.
Mix on second speed for 4 minutes.
Blend in Group 2 on slow speed.
Oven temperature 180°C (356°F).
NOTE : For cup cake muffins deposit 60g of
BAKELS CRÈME CAKE MIX batter into muffin
pans. The muffins may also be produced including
Sultanas, Blueberry, Apricot, Banana or Kiwifruit
blended through batter prior to depositing
