Process:

  1. Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl fitted with a beater

  2. Mix for 1 mintues and scrape down

  3. Mix for a further 4 minutes

  4. Deposit 800g into a 9'' baking tin

  5. Bake at 160°C for 45 - 55 minutes

  6. When cool coat with inelted caramel filling
