Process:
- Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl
fitted with a beater
- Mix for 1 mintues and scrape down
- Mix for a further 4 minutes
- Deposit 800g into a 9'' baking tin
- Bake at 160°C for 45 - 55 minutes
- When cool coat with inelted caramel filling
