Method
- Place Group 1 ingredients in mixing bowl
in above order.
- Blend for approximately 1 minute on slow speed.
- Scrape down.
- Mix on second speed for 4 minutes.
- Blend in Group 2 on slow speed. Bake at 215°C
for approx 20 minutes.
Note : For Cup cake muffins deposit 60g
of BAKELS CHOCOLATE MUFFIN MIX batter into muffin
tins.
Note : For double chocolate muffins, add
500g of chocolate chips to above recipe. For jaffa
flavoured muffins add 15g of APITO ORANGE PASTE.
