DIAMOND GLAZE - CARAMAL
TOFFEE
This is a ready to use, cold set , caramalised
high gloss glaze to cover cakes and bavarois to
give a shiny appearance.
Pack size: 5 kgs plastic pail.
Ingredients: Glucose syrup, water, caramelized
sugar syrup, gellings agents: pectin, sodium alginate,
carrageenam;
Acidifier: citric acid; colouring : brown
colour E 150 C, Acidity corrector: sodium citrate,
tricalcium phosphate;
Preservative: potassium sorbate ; caramel
nature identical flavour.
