This is a ready to use, cold set , high
gloss glaze to cover cakes and bavarois to give
a shiny appearance.

Ingredients: Glucose syrup, water, gellings
agents: pectin, sodium alginate, carrageenam;
Acidifier: citric acid; acidity corrector:
sodium citrate, tricalcium phosphate;
Preservative: potassium sorbate ; apple
