Method
- Place Group 1 in machine bowl and mix on
slow speed for 1 minute. Scrape down.
- Mix for a further 6 minutes on second speed.
- Add Group 2 on slow speed dispersing evenly.
- Fill greased patty tins 2/3 full.
- Bake for 12 minutes at 205°C (401°F).
NOTE : For different varieties add 15%
dried fruit or chopped apricots.
