Description: Pettina Clear Piping
Jelly is prepared in concentrated form and is
extremely easy to use. It can be mixed with color
or flavor to produce a clear bright gel for fruit
flans and or the decorative piping of various
designs, decoration and wordings on baked products
particularly pastries and cakes. Pettina Clear
Piping Jelly has a delicious flavor which may
be made more pronounced by the additional of colors.
Cakes designed with Pettina Clear Piping Jelly
can be kept in the deep freeze without detrimental
effect. The design keeps beautifully without any
shrinkage.
