SUGAR FREE MUFFIN MIX
Description: This sugar
free cake mix provides the flavour, texture and
mouth feel of standard cakes. It utilizes a sugar
replacement that is only partially metabolized
by the body and as a result it contributes only
25% of the calories of sugar. It elicits a low
glycaemic response and is safe for diabetics.

Process:
- Place Group 1 in mixing bowl, blend for 1
minute at slow speed
- Scrape down, mix at 2nd speed for 4 minutes
- Add Group 2 until well blended
- Deposit into greased muffin pans
- Bake at 180°C for 18 minutes ( 45g drop
wt.).
