containing necessary mineral salts to assist good
fermentation in yeast raised products such as bread,
buns and rolls.
It incorporates a most effective gluten conditioning
and strengthening system which also imparts outstanding
tolerance to the dough.
Universal improves the texture,crumb softness, volume
and the keeping quality of the loaf.
Universal is recommended to be used at 0.25% of
the flour weight.
Universal is available in 2 kg polysachets in 6

pail.
