JOGGA BREAD MIX
JOGGA BREAD MIX is part mix which uses
50 parts mix and 50 parts Bakers flour.
Apart form this only yeast and water need be added
as the mix contains the necessary emulsifiers
and bread improvers for no-time dough.
JOGGA BREAD MIX has been carefully formulated
to produce bread that is delicious and attractive
and also of very good nutritional value.
The combination of flour, added bran, Soya grits,
malted wheat flakes and malt flour produces bread
with a very distinctive and appealing flavour.
Because of its nutritional value, JOGGA BREAD
will appeal to the health conscious segment and
is the bread for "people on the move".

Method :
- Place all ingredients in machine bowl.
- Thoroughly develop the dough
- Finished dough temperature 30 °C
- Allow dough to recover for 15 minutes
- Scale and mould to desired shape
- Prove, then bake at 230 °C
