HADEJA FLAN GEL
Description: Hadeja Flan gel can
be mixed with either water or fruit juice to produce
a clear bright gel for fruit flans and Danish
pastries. It can be re-heated several times without
over boiling. Flans filled with Hadeja flan gel
can be kept in deep freeze without any detrimental
effect. Fruit keeps beautifully and does not shrink.

Method :
- Bring to boil - do not over boil.
- Allow to cool and use at 40 to 50° C
- Additional water may be added to give a softer
Gel
- If HADEJA FLAN GEL neutral is used, add Apito
Flavouring pastes to attain the desired colour
/ flavours.
