Description : Dobrim 50 is a special type
of Bread Improver recommended for hand mix and fermented
dough. It is made by careful selection and blending
of yeast food, oxidant,dough conditioners and approved
enzymes. Dobrim 50 is recommended to be used at
0.05% of flour weight for hand mix and fermented
dough and 0.1% of flour weight for no time dough.
Functional attributes : Increased water absorption,better
volume of the products,White and better crumb texture,
appealing Golden Brown Crust colour.
Application : Improver for hand mixed dough
varieties.
Packing : 2 kg polysachets in 6 kg cartons,15kg
polybag and 10 kgs plastic pail.
Dosage : 50gms to 100 gms per 100 kgs flour
(depending on the flour quality)
