Egg Free Donut Mix is a complete mix specially designed to make Donuts without eggs with very good Volume & Softness.

• Mix all the ingredients in mixer to make dough. ( 1 min. slow + 5 to 8 min. medium speed )
• Rest the Dough for 15 min. & sheet it to 7 -8 mm thickness.
• Rest the sheet for 5 min.
• Cut the donuts & proof it for 40 min. until it properly proofed.
• Fry the donuts in oil for 180 degree cel.
