Method

1. Add water & cake gel in mixer; mix for 1 minute at medium speed.
2. Add dry ingredients to the mixer; mix for 1 minute at slow speed.
3. Scrape down the batter, mix at high speed for 4 minutes.
4. Mix for 1-2 minutes at slow speed while adding oil and other wet ingredients.
5. Pour batter into muffin molds.
6. Bake at 180 °C for 30 minutes (for 250 gm batter), Muffins (30-32gm – 23-24 Minutes).
