Method

1. Mix water & cake gel in the mixing bowl using flat blade for 1min at medium speed.
2. Add dry ingredients in the mixing bowl except Oil.
3. Mix it for 1 minute at a slow speed and then 3 minutes on medium speed.
4. Add the oil and mix it for 1 minute slowly scrape the batter and pour it into the mold.
5. Bake at 180c for 30 to 35 minutes.
