Multiseed Bread Concentrate
Overview
Multiseed Bread Concentrate is a powdered blend of grains and seeds developed for bread and a wide range of bakery applications, from artisanal loaves to crackers. It combines wheat flour, rye flour, dried wheat sourdough, malt flour, wheat gluten and oats with sunflower seeds, flax seed, pumpkin seeds and wheat bran, balanced with sugar and salt, and supported by colour (INS 150a), emulsifier (INS 472e) and antioxidant (INS 300). The result is a darker, flavour-rich bread with a coarse, open crumb and a satisfying bite, while also offering strong nutritional value—providing 1768 kJ / 422 kcal of energy per 100 g, with 16.27 g total fat (2.03 g saturated fat), 46.44 g carbohydrates (of which 4.32 g sugars), 16.33 g protein, 8.29 g fibre and 2.30 g sodium per 100 g.
