2. Mix on slow speed for 1 minute.
3. Mix on fast speed for 4 minutes.
4. Add the butter and oil, then mix for 1 minute on slow speed.
5. Pour the batter into a cake mould and decorate the top with roasted walnuts.
6. Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
