If sugar is granulated add water cake gel and sugar in a mixing bowl.

Dissolve sugar in water completely

Add rest all ingredients in mixing bowl except Oil on slow speed for 1 Min.

Turn the Mixing bowl on high speed for 3 to 4 min until shine appears on batter.

Slowdown the speed and add oil to the batter for 1 min.

The batter is ready, pour it in mould you selected

Bake @ 180 C for 30 Min (Time Depends On Volume to mould)
