Chocolate Fudge Brownies

This simple brownie recipe is perfect because it is cakey on the outside and fudgy in the centre.

Dark Chocolate- Melted

Total Weight: 1.720

Weigh all the ingredients - premix, water oil & 100gm melted chocolate in the mixing bowl and blend/mix it for 1 minute at slow speed using paddle blade.
Scrape down the batter from sides and mix it well.
Again mix the batter for 2 minutes at medium speed.
Scrape down the batter from sides.
Pour the batter into moulds and bake it at 180 °C for 30 minutes.
