Method

1. Add Water, Yeast & Premix in mixer; mix for 1 minute at slow
speed.
2. Further continue mixing at medium speed for 5-8 minutes.
3. Rest the Dough for 15 minutes & then sheet it into 7-8mm
thickness.
4. Rest the sheet for 5 minutes.
5. Cut the donuts and proof for 40 minutes., Until properly
proofed.
6. Fry in oil at 180°C until golden brown.
