Method

1. Add water & cake gel in mixer; mix for 1 minute at medium speed.
2. Add dry ingredients to the mixer; mix for 1 minute at slow speed.
3. Scrape down the batter, mix at high speed for 3 minutes.
4. Mix for 1-2 minutes at slow speed while adding oil.
5. Bake at 180 °C for 35 to 33 minutes.
